a) How do I place an order online? What happens next?

 Placing an online order at Batteries4Scanners.com is easy.

First you need to search our product catalog for the barcode scanner battery pack(s) you are looking for. Then follow the easily laid out steps to add the products you need to the shopping cart, and complete your order.

Once you have completed the order (checked out), you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. You will receive a second e-mail as soon as we ship your order with the tracking information.

b) Is my order secure on this site?

Absolutely! We use secure servers supporting industry standard 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. These internal servers are behind firewall protection. c) Do you accept orders by mail, fax, or phone?

Yes, we do! Please visit our Corporate Customers page or Government Customers page for details or call us at 1-(865)-512-7956 to place your order over the phone. International customers can reach us at this number as well.

d) How can I cancel my order?

Please call us immediately at 1-(865)-512-7956 or send us an e-mail with Subject line Cancel Order at Batteries4Scanners.com including your full name, and order number. We do our best to ship your orders within 24 hrs (excluding weekends and federal holidays) so if your order is already shipped we cannot cancel it. However, you may return it to us upon receipt by following the guidelines in our Return Policy.

e) How can I return or exchange an item?

Please review our Return Policy to find out about returns and exchanges.

f) How can I get a refund?

If you are not satisfied with any of our products in anyway, we will gladly replace the product, or refund your money when product(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase. After the initial 30 days of purchase, we offer replacements but no refunds for defective products up to 12 months of original purchase.

Due to our aggressive pricing, shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrect item(s). Refunds are issued in the same form of payment as in the original transaction within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please review our Return Policy for more details on how to get a refund.

g) What happens when an item is back-ordered?

When an item is back-ordered and not availability for immediate shipment, we inform you immediately of the estimated date of availability via e-mail. We will send you the available items and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status. The back-ordered item is shipped as soon as it becomes available.

h) How do I know if a product is available or not?

i) How do I know if my order has shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we send an e-mail to you with the tracking information for your package. If you have not received an e-mail, your order will be shipped shortly and you will receive an e-mail as soon as it is shipped. j) How can I track my order?

As soon as we ship your order, we send an e-mail to you with the tracking number. You can use this number on the UPS Website (www.ups.com) to track your order. Alternatively, you can contact UPS at 1-800-333-7400 and provide the tracking number to an UPS agent who will be happy to assist you.

If you are not satisfied with our products in anyway, we will gladly replace the product or refund your money when the product(s) are returned within 30 days of purchase.
