Batteries4Scanners.com offers free ground shipping for all orders over $149.00. Orders less than $149.00 will be charged a flat rate of $6.00 for UPS ground shipping. These rates and promotions are only applicable to customers located in the continental U.S.
Most credit card orders placed online are shipped within 24 hours, provided the items are in stock. Orders placed on weekends and federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges if they request expedited shipping services such as overnight or second day shipping.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we shipped incorrect item(s). Undeliverable or refused orders, due to incorrect address and/or absence etc., will be refunded in the original form of payment less applicable shipping charges.
We serve all locations in the U.S. and also ship to all international locations. Please be advised that shipping charges paid by the customer for all international (including Canada) shipments are exclusive of customs duties and taxes. The customer will be solely responsible for such customs duties and taxes in the event that such obligations take place.
Occasionally, a product will be back-ordered and not available for immediate shipment. In this case, we will immediately inform you of estimated date of availability via e-mail. We will send you the available items and keep the remaining order on a "back-order" status and ship them as soon as they become available. As a result, occasionally, you will receive multiple shipments for one order.
